At Velitas Mágicas, we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Below, we share our
refund and return policies:
1. Conditions for Requesting a Refund
- You can request a refund within 48 hours of product delivery.
- Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Valid Reasons for Refund or Return
- Product received in poor condition or broken.
- Product does not match the one ordered.
- Returns or refunds are not accepted for other reasons.
3. Verification of Defect
- It is necessary to provide evidence of the defect via video or photograph to hola@velitasmagicas.com.
- The product will only be replaced or refunded if the defect can be verified.
4. Product Conditions for Return
- The product and its packaging must be in the same condition as when they were delivered. This includes original, unaltered labels and packaging.
5. Collection or Return Location
- The return must be made from the same location where the product was delivered.
- If the refund or exchange is attributable to Velitas Mágicas (product in poor condition or incorrect), the collection service will be free, provided it is within our coverage area.
- We do not perform collections or deliveries outside our delivery zone.
6. Unaccepted Reasons for Refund
- No refund applies if the customer no longer wants the product or if it does not meet their personal expectations.
- Our products are photographed and described with the greatest possible accuracy.
