At Velitas Mágicas, we want the magic of our candles to reach you as soon as possible and in perfect condition. That's why our estimated shipping time is 3 business days from payment confirmation.

Once we hand over your order to the courier service, they are responsible for delivering it to your door, which may vary depending on the courier used. It can take approximately between 2 and 7 business days. To help you keep track of your shipment, we will send you an email with the tracking number (remember to also check your junk or spam folder, just in case).

It is very important that you closely follow the status of your package, as this can help avoid inconveniences such as the courier not finding your address or no one being home to receive it. If something like this happens and the order is returned to us, we will gladly reship it; we will only ask you to cover the cost of this new shipment.
