  1. Initial cleansing: Upon receiving it, cleanse it with incense (copal, palo santo, or lavender). You can also leave it overnight under moonlight or on a geode to recharge its energy.

  2. Energetic activation: Hold it to your heart, breathe deeply, and repeat softly:“Thank you for guiding me with love and clarity. May only truth and light move through you.”
  3. Define your “yes” and your “no”:
    Before starting to use it, ask the pendulum:“Show me my ‘yes’.” Observe how it moves (it can be forwards, sideways, or in circles). Then repeat:“Show me my ‘no’.”Clearly recognize these movements, as they will serve as your guide for answers.

  4. Basic use (yes/no questions)Hold it with your dominant hand over your other palm or over a blank sheet of paper. Ask a clear question and observe the pendulum’s movement. The answer will come from energy, not from the mind. Trust.
  5. To intend or harmonize energyYou can gently spin it over a candle, crystal, or space you wish to infuse with loving energy, while repeating your intention aloud.
